Financial Assistance
The Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation strives to financially assist women who are in treatment and struggling to meet the needs of their home and family. Applications are reviewed by a committee and then voted on by the Board. CMOCF has the following criteria:
- The amount awarded varies on need and is the sole discretion of the Board
- Applicants waive privacy disclosure rights for verification of need and treatment
- Applicants must reside in the Tampa Bay area
